DARKSTAR Privacy Policy

What the game stores
DARKSTAR has no accounts and no game server. Your progress (party, gold, stage and settings) is saved only in your own browser on your device. We never receive it. If you download a backup file, that file stays wherever you save it.
Ads
DARKSTAR is free, and some bonuses are earned by choosing to watch an ad. These ads are provided by Google. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show ads and to measure them, including ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can learn how Google uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can turn off personalized ads at adssettings.google.com.
Watching ads is always optional. The game can be played without them.
Hosting
The game is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may keep standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site. See GitHub's privacy statement.
Children
DARKSTAR is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
